Manual lymphatic drainage

• Therapy focused on the lymphatic system, it is done with soft, special touches and it must not be painful. It influences skin and subcutis, and thus improves reflux of lymph and makes swelling of affected spot smaller.

Instrumental lymphatic drainage

• Method of treatment of some types of edema. It is used, either after manual lymphatic drainage, or independently. Independently (after massage of given lymphatic nodes), it is used for enlightening of feelings of heavy feet, and after athletic performances. It can also be used as a prevention of swelling of limbs, or cellulite.

These methods, when used in lymphatic swellings, are suitably connected with bandages of limbs with roller bandage, we use, in some cases, lymph taping – influence of lymphatic system by special tapes.
