Reconditioning and spa care

Company SAGENA ltd. has prepared interesting offer of outpatient reconditioning and spa programs (packages). In these times when the spa care is limited due to saving purposes. If you do not wish to use any of these programs, you can modify your own program “made to measure”. Our experienced rehabilitation doctors will gladly assist you with your choice.

Each program is run (according to the price level) in one to three visits and it is possible to repeat them. Packages include combination of hydrotherapy procedures (mixtures and wrap after baths, preheating and massages are included). Or in combination with lymphatic drainages (sometimes falsely called “lymphatic massages”). Furthermore, you can also come for our procedures in the late afternoon, or evening hours.

Kinesiology taping

Special tapes, which not only fixate, but also activate muscles, regulate muscle stress, dampen pain, relieve swelling – used also in athletic medicine (tennis elbow, golf elbow, carpal tunnel, ligament injuries, unstable knee, shoulder and ankle, meniscal injury), but elsewhere as well (flatfeet, “cubes” on toes, knee bolt pain)
